These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the honorlabs.ai website and the HonorIQ regulatory intelligence platform (collectively, the "Services") provided by Honor Labs ("Honor Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Services are intended for use by licensed practitioners, compliance officers, legal counsel, accredited academic institutions, and other healthcare professionals operating in a professional capacity. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.
Honor Labs provides healthcare regulatory intelligence tools that surface primary government sources — statutes, regulations, and agency guidance — across United States jurisdictions. The Services are informational in nature and are designed to assist licensed professionals in their own analysis and decision-making.
The Services do not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or clinical advice. Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. You are responsible for the appropriate application of any information surfaced by the Services, including consulting qualified counsel for legal interpretations, applying judgment to the specific facts of any matter, and verifying the currentness of any information against the original primary source.
Access to the HonorIQ platform requires an approved institutional account. You agree to:
You agree not to:
All content, software, algorithms, indexing methods, citation systems, and platform technology comprising the Services are the intellectual property of Honor Labs or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Government source materials surfaced through the Services (statutes, regulations, agency guidance) are public-domain or available under their respective government licensing terms. Honor Labs makes no proprietary claim over the underlying government source materials, but reserves all rights in the proprietary indexing, organization, retrieval, and presentation of those materials.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Honor Labs proprietary content without our prior written consent.
The Services link to and reference primary government sources that are operated by third parties (federal agencies, state legislatures, territorial governments, and similar). Honor Labs does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, availability, or accuracy of those third-party sources.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
Honor Labs does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that the information surfaced through the Services is current, complete, or accurate. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure data quality, regulatory information changes frequently and you are responsible for verifying current applicable law against primary sources before acting on any information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Honor Labs and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
In no event will Honor Labs' total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Honor Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honor Labs and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the website or via direct communication to active customers. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable institutional license agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Honor Labs regarding the Services.
